Evan Taubenfeld, future big star!

Another one of my current big favorites, whom I mentioned already in the previous post, is Evan Taubenfeld. You all should definitely check his music. Some of his songs are so much just like from my heart. No wonder him and Avril are best friends. They so match in their styles of expressing and in their ways of thinking :)

Lovin' Lavigne

For the past what...8 months? I've been really amazed by getting to know this cool "chick" (I guess that's what she'd call herself :) I liked her song "Complicated" back in 2002, of course but my interest in her went away until late 2005 when I fell in love with "My Happy Ending". To be honest, I used to think she was just another product of show bussiness and I always thought my theory was proven everytime she performed live. How wrong I was to judge her like this!

She definitely is NOT a product of show bussiness. She's a good girl that goes directly for what she wants. She's not afraid to tell things straight and she definitely doesn't let herself be forced into anything. She stays herself and does what she wants.

I started liking her because I found out that it's not only "My Happy Ending" that's relating to me. Actually, most of her songs relate to me in one way or another. I'm really excited to see her concert in July and I'm sorry I didn't go to see her when she visited the Czech Republic three years ago. Oh well.

By the way, thanks to her I've also gotten to know her best friend - Evan Taubenfeld. He now makes his own music and I'd say nowadays it's maybe better than Avril's last CD...but shhh :) He's so cool and you guys should definitely check out his band... their CD is coming out soon! click here to see Black List Club.
